About The Position

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. The receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative and front desk duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • One to three months of related experience.

  • Customer service and communication skills: friendly and professional demeanor, patience, empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to provide clear communication.

  • Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff.
