About The Position
Immanuel Communities is seeking a Receptionist to work at Copper Shores Village, located at 1500 Edgewater Drive, Pleasant Hill, IA 50327. Copper Shores Village features 67 independent living apartments, 38 assisted living apartments, and 14 memory support apartments, situated next to Copper Creek Lake. The overall purpose of this job is to make a favorable first impression when welcoming visitors, residents, participants, staff, and family members to the facility.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- One (1) year of direct experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or related position is required
- Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement
Responsibilities
- Greeting persons upon entry of a facility
- Answering phones
- Providing customer service information
- Setting appointments
- Open and forwarding mail
