About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Receptionist to work at Copper Shores Village, located at 1500 Edgewater Drive, Pleasant Hill, IA 50327. Copper Shores Village features 67 independent living apartments, 38 assisted living apartments, and 14 memory support apartments, situated next to Copper Creek Lake. The primary purpose of this role is to create a positive first impression by welcoming visitors, residents, participants, staff, and family members to the facility.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required
One (1) year of direct experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or related position is required
Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement

Responsibilities

Greeting persons upon entry of a facility
Answering phones
Providing customer service information
Setting appointments
Opening and forwarding mail
