Join a team that takes care of inpatient surgical specialties and learn a vast array of specialized surgical care techniques. Patient populations include but are not limited to, total laryngectomy, reconstruction with free flap, tracheotomy, dragonfly/thyroidectomy, colon, gastric, pancreatic cancer and gastrointestinal disorders that require surgery, liver resections, management of post chemotherapy patients and management of common bile duct injuries. As a member of this team, you will develop specialized skills that allow you to grow and develop your nursing skills, while learning the specialized population.
