About The Position
Furry Fellas Pet Service LLC is hiring dependable, experienced animal professionals for weekend dog walking and pet sitting positions in the Providence, RI area. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for active, ongoing weekend pet care work with an established professional company that values reliability, communication, continued education, and high-quality care standards. Current priority coverage needs are for weekend availability (Sat/Sun) during specific service blocks: 7am–9am, 11am–1pm or 11am–3pm, 4pm–6pm, and 7pm–9pm. Applicants are not expected to work every service block, but selected blocks should remain consistently available. Additional weekday opportunities are available for weekend team members. Limited, highly restricted, or fragmented weekend availability may not be a good fit for current openings.
Requirements
- Prior professional animal care experience required (6 months–1 year minimum required).
- Reliable transportation.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun).
- Consistent availability for selected weekend service blocks.
- Live locally within Cranston/Warwick, RI or within approximately 10–15 minutes of the area.

- Dependable, responsive, organized.
- Experience working independently.
- Ability to independently manage travel routes between client homes.
