About The Position

Bonfe is seeking a decisive, customer-focused leader to serve as its Weekend Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing company operations from Friday through Monday, ensuring exceptional customer service, providing support to employees, and positioning the business for success. Unlike a typical 'manager on duty' position, this role grants the authority to make operational decisions, solve problems in real-time, coach employees, coordinate multiple departments, and drive business forward without constant external approval. The ideal candidate enjoys ownership, accountability, and making a significant impact.

Requirements

Previous leadership or operations management experience
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
Comfortable managing multiple departments simultaneously
Customer-first mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience in home services is a plus but not required
Working knowledge of dispatching or customer service operations is preferred

Responsibilities

Lead all weekend operations across multiple departments
Serve as the primary operational decision-maker Friday through Monday
Resolve customer escalations quickly and professionally
Support Dispatch and Customer Service during peak demand
Balance technician capacity with customer demand
Coordinate communication between Dispatch, Call Center, Warehouse, Field Operations and the Manager On Call
Make sound business decisions when situations fall outside standard procedures
Identify operational trends and recommend long-term improvements
Ensure evening teams are set up for success
Prepare the organization for a seamless Monday morning transition
Participate in the Manager On Call rotation
Step into CSR/Dispatch responsibilities when business demands require it
