Weekend Operations Manager
About The Position
Bonfe is seeking a decisive, customer-focused leader to serve as the Weekend Operations Manager. This full-time, salaried position operates on a four-day work week (Friday-Monday, ten hours per day). The Weekend Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing company operations from Friday through Monday, ensuring exceptional customer service, providing support to employees, and positioning the business for success. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, allowing the manager to make operational decisions, solve problems in real-time, coach employees, coordinate multiple departments, and drive business forward without constant escalation. The ideal candidate enjoys ownership, accountability, and making an immediate impact.

Nice To Haves
- Experience in home services is a plus but not required
- Working knowledge of dispatching or customer service operations is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead all weekend operations across multiple departments
- Serve as the primary operational decision-maker Friday through Monday
- Resolve customer escalations quickly and professionally
- Support Dispatch and Customer Service during peak demand
- Balance technician capacity with customer demand
- Coordinate communication between Dispatch, Call Center, Warehouse, Field Operations and the Manager On Call
- Make sound business decisions when situations fall outside standard procedures
- Identify operational trends and recommend long-term improvements
- Ensure evening teams are set up for success
- Prepare the organization for a seamless Monday morning transition
- Participate in the Manager On Call rotation
- Step into CSR/Dispatch responsibilities when business demands require it
