In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for carriers and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain efficient workflow.

Requirements

1+ year(s) experience within freight brokerage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn industry-specific software.
Able to work after-hours and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track all active shipments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate status updates.
Serve as the main point of contact for carriers, drivers, and customers during after-hours operations.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in transit, escalating as needed.
Update internal systems with accurate, real-time shipment details and status changes.
Communicate professionally with customers to provide timely updates and solutions.
Collaborate with the day operations team to ensure a seamless transition and accurate handoff of information.
Maintain accurate records of all communication, updates, and issue resolutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements.
