About The Position

St. Ann Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a 54-bed skilled nursing facility in Dover, New Hampshire, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts. The facility offers short-term rehabilitation and long-term care and is part of the Catholic Charities New Hampshire continuum of care. This Baylor opportunity is scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays, with 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The supervisor leads the clinical team and helps provide resident-centered care in a warm, supportive environment.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire.
• Previous long-term care experience.
• IV Certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with residents, families, physicians, staff, and visitors.

• Prior nursing leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight during weekend shifts.
• Supervise and support nursing staff while ensuring exceptional resident care.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Promote clinical excellence, professionalism, and a positive team environment as a role model.
