Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred
- Prior nurse supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care
Responsibilities
- Supervisors manage their unit in accordance with policy / procedure and assumes direct responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care on that unit.
