About The Position

The Weekend Nurse Supervisor supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of resident care during the assigned shift. The supervisor manages care in accordance with the company’s philosophy, professional nursing practice standards, and applicable federal and state laws and regulations. This role calls for a supportive presence, attention to detail, collaboration, and a passion for teaching, leading, and mentoring staff. The position is identified as a dayshift opportunity at Hillcrest Village and requires a registered nurse.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license, or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates the C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Management experience or willingness and desire to learn proper approaches to managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing personnel during the assigned shift.
