About The Position
Visiting Angels of the Wheeling and surrounding areas are looking for caregivers to become a part of our team! Visiting Angels provides a variety of non-medical services that allow us to work one-on-one with seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with compassion, dignity and care. We are looking for Weekend Non-Medical Caregivers to help seniors who need a little extra support at home.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Previous care giving experience is a plus, but not always necessary.
Responsibilities
- Companionship and share friendly conversations.
- Help with simple meal preparation.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Help with grocery shopping and everyday errands.
- Support with daily routines and personal care
