About The Position

The Weekend Licensed Clinician assists in directing and coordinating assigned aspects of programming and ensures compliance with program policies and procedures, including timely completion of reporting requirements. The role provides therapeutic guidance to program staff and assists the Clinical Director with coordinating and implementing the core program. This is a part-time weekend morning-shift role at Crestwood’s 16-bed Psychiatric Health Facility in San Luis Obispo, California.

Requirements

Hold a license as an LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
Have at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, including at least 1 year in a mental health setting.
Demonstrate knowledge of DSM-5.
Be familiar with DMH Titles 9 and other governmental regulations.
Have a valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

Assist in the direction and coordination of assigned aspects of programming.
Ensure compliance with established program policies and procedures.
Complete respective reporting requirements in a timely manner.
Help supervise program staff by providing therapeutic guidance.
Assist the Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.
