Licensed Clinician
About The Position
The Licensed Clinician assists in directing and coordinating assigned aspects of programming, ensuring compliance with program policies and procedures and timely completion of reporting requirements. The role provides therapeutic guidance to support supervision of program staff and assists the Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program. At the Kingsburg Healing Center, services help clients build resilience through wellness tools and staff support. The program aims to restore hope, empowerment, community and natural-support inclusion, realized potential, and psychiatric stability.
Requirements
- Hold a license as an LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, including at least 1 year in a mental health setting.
- Demonstrate knowledge of DSM-5.
- Be familiar with DMH Titles 9 and other governmental regulations.
- Have a valid California driver's license.
Responsibilities

- Complete respective reporting requirements in a timely manner.
- Help supervise program staff by providing therapeutic guidance.
- Assist the Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.
