About The Position

The Janitorial Tech position requires mopping, vacuuming, pulling trash, dusting surfaces high/low, window seals, cleaning windows, baseboards, & furniture. Cleaning, sanitizing restrooms, shower rooms, office areas, break areas & replenishing soap, paper towel, and tissue dispensers in restrooms/break areas. Breakdown of all PAPRS from the previous shift. This includes loading washers, dryers, and removing damaged items from service. Other duties include but not limited to filter inventory, filter change, filter usage tracking, damage item removal, helping visitors to assemble PAPRS, washing safety vests/helmets, and replacing O-rings in hoses. ALL work to be completed according to SOW. Associate is to use assigned phone at site only to clock in/out. This list is not all inclusive. Other tasks may be assigned as required.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have dependable transportation.
Must submit to and pass required drug screen and background.
Have 2+ years janitorial experience.
High School diploma/GED required.
Capacity to take direction, ability to work well under minimal supervision.
Be able to work in harmony with others.
Must possess great problem-solving skills and be a self-starter.
Ankle Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and hard hats with chin straps are required in designated areas.
