About The Position

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a rapidly growing car wash chain seeking individuals with exceptional talent and leadership qualities to join our team. We aim to redefine the car wash industry with advanced technology, excellent customer service, and a strong commitment to our employees. This Team Leader position offers the opportunity to learn the operations of a car wash and develop leadership skills, serving as a stepping stone into management roles within a fast-growing industry. The role involves assisting with facility and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented environment, where Team Leaders are expected to exceed expectations and support the management team.

Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
