About The Position

The Weekend Daytime Concierge is the first point of contact for prospects and residents, creating welcoming first impressions and building positive relationships. The role focuses on personalizing interactions, assisting residents and prospects, and helping foster a strong sense of community. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A sharp professional appearance.
Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
A customer-focused mentality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster community.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring consistently positive experiences and maintaining a meticulously cared-for community.
Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
