About The Position

Lead the Team. Run the Machines. Make an Impact. Are you an experienced CNC Machinist who is ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a Weekend CNC Team Lead to help lead our machining team while staying hands-on with CNC production. You’ll spend approximately 90% of your time machining and the remaining time supporting the team through training, coordinating work, organizing setups, and helping improve department performance.
