About The Position

We are looking for a Weekend CNC Team Lead to help lead our machining team while staying hands-on with CNC production. This is a great opportunity for a skilled machinist who enjoys solving problems, helping others succeed, and taking ownership of the day-to-day operation of a CNC department. As a Team Lead, you’ll work closely with the Department Supervisor to keep production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You’ll spend approximately 90% of your time machining and the remaining time supporting the team through training, coordinating work, organizing setups, and helping improve department performance. This is more than a "lead" title—you’ll be a hands-on technical resource and role model for the team. Precinmac is a leading diversified manufacturer of high-tolerance precision machined components and assemblies. The Precinmac brand represents seven independently owned companies in the United States and Canada. We focus on continuous improvement, on-time delivery, and the highest possible quality and consistency.
