About The Position
The Weekend Cleaner performs a variety of cleaning duties across assigned facilities to maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and sanitary workplace. The role supports a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The hourly pay rate is $20.00; actual offers may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste according to company policies.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
