Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently while following established care plans and agency policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Support clients in following their care plans and maintaining healthy routines.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and other household tasks as needed.
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with community engagement and social activities.
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive well-being.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
