Requirements

Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently while following established care plans and agency policies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and mobility support.
Support clients in following their care plans and maintaining healthy routines.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and other household tasks as needed.
Accompany clients to appointments and assist with community engagement and social activities.
Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive well-being.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
