Caregivers help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while building meaningful connections with the people they serve. Requirements
- Be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Be comfortable working with seniors.
- Have caregiving experience, either professionally or through caring for family members.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be organized and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Help with grocery shopping and other errands.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Complete simple documentation.
