About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and organized Weekend Care Coordinator to support client care operations every Saturday and Sunday. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, caregivers, and internal team members to ensure schedules are maintained, urgent staffing needs are addressed, and service issues are resolved promptly. This role is ideal for someone looking for a consistent weekend position while making a meaningful impact on client care and service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Chicago metropolitan area.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, scheduling, or customer service preferred.
• Experience with scheduling or healthcare software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and respond to call-offs or coverage needs.
• Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers regarding scheduling updates.
• Monitor and resolve weekend service issues and escalations.
• Document care coordination activities and updates in company systems.
• Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure smooth handoff of outstanding items.
• Support client service continuity and caregiver engagement.
