About The Position

We are seeking drivers for the Saturday and Sunday morning Shuttle shifts, Hours are 4AM - 1PM every Saturday and Sunday. The Van/ Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting hotels guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle in a timely and courteous manner. Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Class E Driver’s License with clean driving records with no major violations
Ability to maintain composure and demonstrates ability to be flexible and adaptable
Ability to complete and maintain safety training and certifications
Basic working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
Genuinely enjoys working with the staff and our valued guest
Proven dependable with a good attendance record
Desire to deliver outstanding customer service
Ability to speak clearly and communicate professionally with guest, associates, and others
Ability to answer phones/pagers/two-way radios, etc. using appropriate etiquette
Completing all checklists and duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Responsibilities

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip
Inspect property vehicle for damage and ensure both the interior and exterior of the vehicle are clean, neat and ready at the start of and the end of each shift
Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle and refuel as necessary
Ensure that all lights, signals, mirrors, brakes, seat belts, etc. are functioning and in good working condition
Ensure supplies are present and stocked (i.e., First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, flashlight, water, etc.)
Notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs
Document all property vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to manager
Report all injuries, minor and major, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Comply with company quality assurance expectations and standards
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
Perform other job related duties as assigned
