Weekday Daytime Caregiver (CNA/PCA/HHA)

About The Position
This posting is specifically for caregivers seeking weekday 4–6 hour shifts. Join a locally owned team that values and supports its caregivers just as much as the clients they serve. This role offers one-on-one care in a client's home with 24/7 support from a responsive, local team. It provides recurring 4–6 hour weekday shifts with time and a half pay for holidays and overtime, plus mileage reimbursement during client shifts.
Requirements
- Current CNA, PCA, or HHA certification
- Availability for recurring 4–6 hour shifts Monday–Friday
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Ability to pass a background check and MVR screening
Nice To Haves
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
