About The Position

A filmmaker representing American Wedding Group shoots structured and flowing wedding videos using professional DSLR/DSLR hybrid equipment. Videos must be shot cleanly and conservatively, with in-camera editing so the finished video is ready to send to the customer immediately. Filmmakers work discreetly and unobtrusively while capturing the footage needed, serving as an observer for the client and creating a lasting record of the wedding day.

Requirements

• Proven shooting track record with samples showcasing shooting style.
• Own high-quality DSLR/DSLR hybrid equipment, including a backup camera, on-board lighting, wireless lavaliere, interview microphone, tripod, and slider and/or gimbal.
• Strong in-camera editing skills.
• Computer proficiency, particularly the ability to back up footage to an external hard drive before sending the original copy via digital download.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
