Requirements

Previous experience as a Banquet Captain or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry, ideally with a focus on weddings and events
Expertly handle setups, client interactions, an ever changing timeline and team leadership like a seasoned pro
A strong drive to create flawless experiences and exceed guest expectations
Sharp eye for detail and aesthetics to ensure every setup surpasses client expectations
Proven leadership skills with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

Oversee event setups, coordinate with vendors, direct event staff, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution
Support and guide event staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed expectations
Anticipate potential issues and troubleshoot like a pro keeping events on track and clients satisfied
Be the face of hospitality, resolving any concerns promptly and efficiently
Uphold rigorous health, safety, and cleanliness standards to ensure company excellence
