About The Position

We are looking for a Website & SEO Specialist to join our team and help drive the ongoing growth, optimization, and performance of our corporate website. Reporting directly to the Website Manager, you will play a key role in improving the website’s user experience, content quality, and organic search visibility — including emerging AI-powered search channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and SEO platforms such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of AI-powered search trends and emerging search optimization practices (AEO/GEO) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Reddit’s platform dynamics and community culture, with a good sense of how content performs and surfaces in Reddit search and AI-powered answer engines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in improving website architecture, navigation, page layouts, and user journeys to enhance usability and engagement.
• Perform regular website audits to ensure content quality, functionality, and consistency across all pages.
• Monitor website performance, including traffic, engagement, conversion, and user behavior metrics, to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop actionable recommendations based on data insights and help measure the impact of optimization initiatives.
• Support efforts to improve the website’s organic visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content opportunity assessments using tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Optimize website content and on-page elements following SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices.
• Support Reddit-focused SEO and AEO initiatives in collaboration with the external agency, helping ensure brand visibility and accurate representation across Reddit search and AI-driven answer results.
• Monitor Reddit conversations and community trends relevant to the brand, and provide input to inform content and search optimization strategies.
• Support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the corporate website, including publishing and updating content through the Content Management System (CMS).
