About The Position

The Early Careers Recruiter supports full-cycle recruiting for intern and new college graduate roles across multiple business functions, acting as a strategic talent acquisition partner to hiring teams. This role focuses on delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, advising stakeholders on talent strategies, and driving high-volume hiring in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. The recruiter will collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams to align recruiting delivery with broader business and HR strategies, particularly during peak university recruiting seasons.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience combined with a Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree (such as a Master’s, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with internal stakeholders and hiring managers in a consultative capacity.
  • Ability and willingness to pivot quickly between requisitions and adjust priorities in response to changing business needs.
  • Experience recruiting in fintech, technology, finance, or similar industries; agency recruiting experience is acceptable, with corporate experience highly advantageous.
  • Experience recruiting early careers talent, including campus recruiting, interns, and recent graduates.
  • Proven success managing high-volume recruiting, typically handling a requisition load of 30–60 open roles at a time.
  • Experience recruiting for larger corporate environments and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with SmartRecruiters strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency using LinkedIn and other job boards for sourcing and recruiting activities.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint for communication, scheduling, reporting, and presentations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote work as required.

  • Exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills to manage peak recruitment seasons and multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Interest in a role created due to increased hiring volume, with the potential for longer-term opportunity based on performance and ongoing business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for early careers roles, including interns and new college graduates, across multiple business units.
  • Serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner by advising hiring teams on talent demand, industry trends, and market intelligence to support effective staffing strategies.
  • Host strategic intake and planning meetings with hiring teams to clarify role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional Talent Acquisition teams, including sourcing, coordination, onboarding, and compensation, to ensure seamless recruitment delivery.
  • Act as a culture ambassador while attracting top industry talent and promoting a positive employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
  • Source and screen applicants using job boards, social media, and networking tools to build diverse and qualified talent pipelines.
  • Present qualified candidate shortlists to hiring teams and manage candidate communication, status updates, and requisition maintenance.
  • Maintain continuous interaction with hiring teams and candidates to ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience from application through offer.
  • Drive a best-in-class recruitment process aimed at achieving key staffing metrics such as Time to Fill and Time to Start.
  • Manage a high-volume requisition load, typically 30–60 open roles, while prioritizing multiple functions and tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Own, drive, and deliver recruiting projects and initiatives that impact Talent Acquisition and HR quality and delivery, while collaborating with teammates across sourcing, recruiting, and programs functions.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership teams on all talent acquisition-related activities, aligning recruiting strategies with HR and business needs.
  • Support university and campus recruiting activities, particularly during the peak recruitment season from late summer through late April.
  • Support intern hiring and intern program-related recruitment activities during summer months.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with SmartRecruiters as a plus, to manage requisitions, candidate data, and process workflows.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other job boards and social media platforms for sourcing, job posting, and talent pipeline development.
  • Conduct job board and talent analysis to refine sourcing strategies and improve candidate quality and volume.
  • Use MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage communication, reporting, scheduling, and presentation of recruiting metrics and updates.
  • Implement Talent Acquisition best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Collaborate as part of a virtual, geographically dispersed team, including peers in Austin and team members across the United States.
  • Travel to and participate in campus events, Early Careers program events, and team events as needed, including some after-hours commitments.
  • Work effectively in a hybrid environment, alternating between remote work and in-office days as defined by leadership.
