About The Position

Aon is seeking soon-to-be graduates and recent graduates to join our Early Careers Launch Development Program in Health Solutions. This program offers opportunities across Health and Benefits, Global Benefits, Executive Benefits, and other related areas. Participants will learn how to help clients understand employee values, manage healthcare costs, and design personalized benefit programs. The role involves building skills, confidence, and business knowledge to translate data into insights, contribute to employee benefits strategies, and serve as a partner to clients and colleagues. Aon's Health Solutions team assists organizations in designing and managing employee benefits programs that focus on health and wellness, helping them understand employee preferences and create competitive benefit strategies.

Requirements

  • An interest in business, healthcare, employee benefits, health and wellness, analytics, data, client service, or consulting.
  • A desire to pursue a career in Health Solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders.
  • Analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset, alongside initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Confidence using technology and a willingness to learn new tools, internal AI platforms, and technology-enabled ways of working.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Initiative and a commitment to continuous learning, growth, and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Explore health and wellness programs offered by employers and learn how they are designed, evaluated, and improved.
  • Work with mentors and experienced colleagues to understand how organizations make decisions about employee benefits.
  • Use data, analytics, and research to help address challenges such as rising healthcare costs and changing employee expectations.
  • Review information for accuracy, identify patterns, and translate findings into clear, practical insights.
  • Create reports, presentations, and visuals that explain findings in a clear, helpful, and client-ready way.
  • Participate in client and team discussions with growing confidence, while learning how benefit strategies are developed and communicated.
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Keep systems, files, and project information organized so teammates can easily access reliable information.
  • Support workflows across Health and Benefits, Global Benefits, Executive Benefits, analytics, operations, and other specialist teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support efficient, high-quality client delivery.
