About The Position

The Early Careers Program Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting HCSC's internship and new graduate programs. This position will serve as a brand ambassador who fosters early talent engagement while partnering with university and community organizations as well as internal stakeholders. The incumbent will assist with program management for the planning and execution of the intern and new graduate programs such as orientation and engagement activities as well as coordinating campus engagement and career events. The Early Careers Recruiter is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering a high touch, inclusive candidate experience while positioning HCSC as an employer of choice for emerging talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or related field OR 6 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical, research and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of confidentiality.

  • Familiarity with university recruiting cycles and campus engagement.
  • Experience supporting early career recruitment or programs.
  • Experience supporting internship, new graduate, campus recruiting, or talent development programs.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry.
