About The Position

The Program Manager, Learning & Development (Early Careers) is responsible for designing and managing programs that attract, develop, and retain emerging talent across the organization. This role partners with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to deliver impactful learning experiences for interns, recent graduates, and other early-career professionals. The individual will oversee onboarding, development programs, mentoring initiatives, and career pathways while measuring program effectiveness and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strong program manager with a passion for developing talent and building a pipeline of future leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 1-year experience in a learning and development role

  • 3+ years’ experience in a learning and development role
  • Experience designing and managing graduate, internship, rotational, or emerging talent programs.
  • Experience working within large, matrixed, global organizations.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
  • Experience leading cohort-based development programs and learning events.
  • Strong change management and communication planning experience.
  • Background within supply chain or other operational environments.
  • Experience in program design, facilitation, instruction, and development planning

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the AmAPAC Early Careers strategy, including graduate, internship, and rotational development programs.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and functional stakeholders to build sustainable talent pipelines that support current and future business needs.
  • Own the end-to-end participant experience, ensuring a seamless transition from onboarding through program completion and career progression.
  • Create structured development journeys that accelerate readiness, engagement, performance, and long-term retention of early career talent.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify meaningful rotational assignments, stretch opportunities, and experiential learning experiences.
  • Partner with leaders and managers to support participant development, performance discussions, and career planning activities.
  • Develop communication strategies, program governance, timelines, and reporting processes to ensure successful program execution across the region.
  • Facilitate key program touchpoints, workshops, onboarding experiences, development events, and cohort engagement activities.
  • Analyze talent and program metrics including retention, internal mobility, promotion rates, participant engagement, and career progression to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by gathering feedback from participants, managers, and stakeholders and translating insights into program enhancements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders regarding early-career talent development, emerging talent trends, and workforce readiness strategies.
