About The Position

PushPress is seeking a part-time contractor to manage their webinar program and associated content. This role involves handling marketing operations such as forms, landing pages, email sequences, and data tracking, as well as creative output like follow-up writing, on-demand content conversion, and companion blogs. The goal is to transform each webinar into a long-tail content asset. This is a hands-on position requiring the ability to build landing pages, write nurture emails, and create blog briefs. Familiarity with HubSpot workflows and Notion is expected. While hosting webinars is not a primary requirement, there's an opportunity for those interested in on-camera roles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing ops, content marketing, or a hybrid role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Fluent in HubSpot (emails, forms, workflows, lists, reporting)
  • Fluent in Webflow (building and editing landing pages, working within an established design system)
  • Proficiency using Claude (or equivalent LLM platform) to power content engine
  • Experience owning webinars in Zoom (registration setup, attendee tracking, on-demand conversion)
  • Working knowledge of SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking)
  • Working knowledge of AEO (optimizing content to be cited by AI search engines)
  • Comfortable with Ahrefs, GSC, and AirOps (or able to ramp on them quickly)
  • Strong writer capable of producing email copy, landing page copy, and long-form blog content while maintaining brand voice
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage a webinar program independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to gym owners, fitness professionals, or other SMB operators
  • Familiarity with PushPress's brand voice (or willingness to learn it quickly)
  • Light design sensibility to create on-brand landing pages
  • Experience with video editing tools for repurposing webinar recordings

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of each webinar, from registration setup through live event delivery, including building and managing the infrastructure for capturing registrants, tracking attendance, and routing data.
  • Turn live webinars into durable on-demand assets that continue generating pipeline.
  • Drive the full email program around each webinar, including invites, reminders, follow-ups, and longer-arc nurtures to move registrants and attendees toward the next step (demo, trial, related content).
  • Continuously sharpen email performance through testing and iteration on subject lines, copy, and sequence structure.
  • Translate each webinar into a full content ecosystem, including companion blogs, on-demand pages, video assets, and supporting copy across channels.
  • Maintain a consistent PushPress voice and point of view across all program assets.
  • Identify webinar themes suitable for scaling into standalone content series, evergreen resources, or future programming.
  • Use performance data to identify effective strategies and areas for improvement.
  • Ground webinar and content decisions in search and AI-citation data to understand what gym owners are asking and where PushPress can gain visibility.
  • Apply SEO and AEO best practices across the program to ensure assets compound over time.
  • Surface program-level recommendations to improve conversion, attendance, and downstream pipeline impact.
