About The Position

Join Software Mind’s WEBCON practice, a team of developers, analysts, and consultants delivering business process automation for clients across financial services, technology, and manufacturing. You will work on a client engagement, developing and maintaining WEBCON BPS applications that support document, approval, and back-office processes. The role involves designing and implementing WEBCON BPS processes, forms, business rules, task assignments, and reports in Designer Studio. You will also develop custom logic, integrate applications with client systems, analyze change requests and incidents, maintain production applications, prepare documentation, support user acceptance testing, and collaborate with business analysts and client stakeholders to refine requirements.

Requirements

At least 2 years of commercial experience developing applications on WEBCON BPS.
Hands-on knowledge of WEBCON Designer Studio, including process modelling, form configuration, business rules, reports, and dashboards.
Working knowledge of T-SQL, including queries, views, and procedures, on Microsoft SQL Server.
JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills sufficient for form customization.
Experience integrating WEBCON with other systems using REST or SOAP.
Ability to independently analyze tasks, verify them against documentation, and deliver them end to end.
Communicative English for documentation and working with international team members.

Nice To Haves

Experience with the WEBCON BPS SDK, including C# and .NET plugins and custom actions.
Knowledge of Camunda or another BPMN-based process engine.
Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 integrations, including Power Automate.
Familiarity with BPMN notation and process analysis.
Experience delivering for financial services or manufacturing clients with formal compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and implement WEBCON BPS applications, including processes, forms, business rules, task assignments, and reports in Designer Studio.
Develop custom logic with T-SQL and JavaScript when standard configuration is insufficient.
Integrate WEBCON applications with client systems such as ERP, DMS, Active Directory, email, and external APIs using REST and SOAP.
Analyze change requests and incidents against project documentation and propose pragmatic solutions.
Maintain and stabilize production applications, including troubleshooting and performance fixes.
Prepare technical documentation and support user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with business analysts and client stakeholders to refine process requirements.
