About The Position

The Web Experience team is looking for a UX Designer who will design and improve accessible, effective digital experiences across SAS web properties. The role combines UX strategy, Figma-based design, research, content management system knowledge, and close collaboration with content, web development, analytics, brand, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Requires five or more years of experience in user experience design, web design, interaction design, digital product design, or a related discipline.
Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, user experience design, interaction design, graphic design, digital media, computer science, information architecture, cognitive science, web design, or a related field.
Experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services, enterprise web environments, accessibility standards, design systems, and AI-supported work practices is strongly preferred.
Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

Experience should include work within cross-functional teams, creation of production-ready design specifications, collaboration with developers and content authors, and delivery of digital experiences within large or complex organizations.
Experience designing web experiences, digital campaigns, interactive content, or complex user journeys.
Experience with Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, and design handoff.
Understanding of usability, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
Experience working with modern content management systems and component-based web architectures, preferably Adobe Edge Delivery Services.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, semantic markup, and modern web development practices.
Practical experience using AI tools to support day-to-day UX work, along with sound judgment about when human review is required.

Design intuitive, responsive web experiences using Figma, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and reusable design components.
Create user-centered solutions that balance business objectives, brand standards, accessibility, and usability best practices.
Collaborate closely with developers, content teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Contribute to and evolve design systems, templates, and experience standards to ensure consistency across web properties.
Leverage user research, analytics, usability testing, and feedback to optimize experiences and drive continuous improvement.
Support modern web delivery platforms and digital transformation initiatives by creating scalable content structures and experience patterns.
Stay current with emerging technologies, AI-enabled design tools, and industry trends to improve workflows and enhance user experiences.
