PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $106,600.00-$130,100.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $82,900.00 - $154,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery or modern frameworks preferred).
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (Sitecore, Optimizely, Adobe, or similar).
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or equivalent.
  • Experience building and supporting digital campaigns and website enhancements.
  • Understanding of digital testing and optimization methodologies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance measurement practices.
  • Experience working in Agile or similar delivery frameworks.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of projects from initial direction through completion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to personalization tools or marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital web solutions that support campaigns, product initiatives, and member experience enhancements across BECU’s digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
  • Contribute to the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) initiative, including the transition from Sitecore to Optimizely, ensuring scalable and modern solutions.
  • Support personalization and audience targeting efforts to deliver tailored digital experiences.
  • Partner with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective web solutions.
  • Ensure all solutions align with UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG/A11Y), and responsive design principles.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning, story refinement, estimation, and delivery within an Agile framework.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing strategies to continuously improve digital performance.
  • Identify and resolve front-end issues, ensuring seamless, reliable user experiences.
  • Ensure all web experiences meet brand, SEO, legal, regulatory, and ADA compliance requirements.
  • Support integration of marketing technologies and tools into web platforms.
  • Leverage data insights to refine and optimize digital solutions.
  • Document workflows, technical requirements, and implementation processes.
  • Independently manage assigned work, taking projects from initial direction through successful completion with strong accountability.
