About The Position

This is a temporary employment recruitment reporting to the UCI Temporary Employment Services (TES) Department. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web-based components of the volunteer data management system. Responsibilities include creating and updating reports, automated communications, calendars, and website content, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and recommending system enhancements. The position also assists with testing, implementation, and documentation of new system features. Requirements

Experience with web development and website maintenance.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining databases, reports, and automated workflows.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to provide professional, friendly customer service in an office environment with frequent volunteer interaction.
Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
Must be able to provide proof of work authorization.
