CALSTART offers scientific, technical, and policy support for regulatory development and the acceleration of clean technology and infrastructure. The Web Development Intern will contribute to the technical management of CALSTART's websites and upcoming projects. This includes a company-wide rebrand and website rebuild, as well as the integration of newly acquired web properties. Working under the guidance of the Senior Web Developer, the intern will be involved in quality assurance, accessibility testing, analytics validation, technical documentation, issue triage, minor front-end development, and pre- and post-launch testing. Key deliverables will encompass a centralized technical inventory of CALSTART's websites, documented quality assurance and accessibility audits, standardized website testing and launch checklists, and technical documentation for new web properties. The intern will also support the company rebrand and website rebuild by assisting with content migration validation, redirect mapping, responsive testing, analytics verification, and pre- and post-launch quality assurance. Additional tasks may include implementing minor front-end improvements and documenting resolutions for identified website issues.
