About The Position

The Web Designer Internship runs from June through August 2027. Web Designers create engaging, sales-focused digital experiences for Colony Brands e-commerce websites, email, mobile, social media, and other digital channels. The role ensures creative work, content, HTML, and digital assets meet brand, quality, usability, accessibility, and technical standards while supporting customer engagement and sales goals.

Requirements

• Experience or ability to use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Turn marketing messages and brand direction into responsive, customer-focused designs for websites, landing pages, category pages, email, mobile, social media, and multimedia channels.
• Review design, content, HTML, links, and responsive behavior for accuracy, quality, accessibility, and adherence to brand and technical standards.
• Recommend design and content improvements based on A/B testing, performance data, customer feedback, usability research, and e-commerce best practices.
• Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools to build, update, and troubleshoot digital experiences across desktop, mobile, and email.
