JOB SUMMARY The Web Content Manager provides a broad range of support to the market and the organization across ERCOT's digital presence. This includes ERCOT.com and other ERCOT websites, the ERCOT mobile app, and social media channels such as X and Facebook, supporting the communication of information to the market and the public. This role performs operational analysis and support of ERCOT online content distribution, establishes and maintains content ownership and content management processes per best practices, and creates and consistently improves upon workflow for site content. The Web Content Manager also analyzes site data and traffic to maximize the online impact of all initiatives.
