We’re searching for a strategic and performance-driven Content & Web Manager. This is a hybrid role based out of our Head Office in Surrey, BC. As Content & Web Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and optimization of content and web experiences across Westland’s digital ecosystem. You’ll partner cross-functionally to improve discoverability, engagement, conversion performance, and customer experience across owned digital channels while helping strengthen Westland’s digital credibility in both search and AI-driven environments. As we continue to grow across Canada, we’re evolving how we connect with customers in an increasingly digital-first world - and that’s where you come in. As Content & Web Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping a modern, performance-driven digital experience across Westland’s website and owned channels. With a strong focus on content strategy, SEO, UX, and conversion optimization, you’ll partner with digital, marketing, and technical teams, leverage data and behavioural insights to guide decisions, and lead initiatives that improve discoverability, engagement, and digital conversion - positioning Westland’s content and web experience as a key driver of growth, trust, and market credibility.
