About The Position

Cintel, Inc. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented senior Web Application Developer with experience in website administration, content development, and web design. The role configures, administers, and manages web applications and tools, while developing and managing content to support information dissemination and decision-making. The developer performs editorial work, engages customers to gather feedback, and continually improves websites and user experience. The position also involves acquiring content, maintaining web design standards, building analytics and reporting capabilities, and documenting and implementing website architecture, standards, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in website or application management, web design, and UI/UX development.
• Strong understanding of HTML, web graphics, and production management standards.
• Experience creating and managing dashboards, searches, reports, and custom scripts.
• Proficiency with common UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Ability to gather and research information to improve website content and usability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to gather and integrate customer feedback.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and administer website and application tools to ensure proper functionality and accessibility.
• Develop and manage content for multiple websites and tools to support information dissemination and decision-making.
• Gather, research, and create content through editorial activities to enhance website value.
• Engage customers and gather feedback to identify website improvements and optimize user experience.
• Locate, negotiate, and acquire content aligned with website goals and user needs.
• Ensure web design aligns with current standards, including HTML and web graphics types, and follows production management best practices.
• Build searches, reports, and dashboards, and write custom scripts, reports, and programs to establish and track website metrics.
• Prepare architecture documentation and assist with designing and implementing website standards, tools, and methodologies.
