About The Position

Cintel, Inc. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Web Application Developer with experience in website administration, content development, and web design. The role configures, administers, and manages web applications and tools, while developing and managing content to support information dissemination and decision-making. It also includes editorial work, customer engagement, and ongoing website improvement.

The developer will support multiple websites and tools, enhance site value and usability, ensure designs follow current web standards and production-management practices, and create or maintain searches, reports, dashboards, and custom scripts to track website metrics. The role also contributes to architecture documentation and the design and implementation of website standards, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in website or application management, web design, and UI/UX development.
• Strong understanding of HTML, web graphics, and production-management standards.
• Experience creating and managing dashboards, searches, reports, and custom scripts.
• Proficiency with common UI/UX design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Ability to gather and research information to improve site content and usability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to gather and integrate customer feedback.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and administer website and application tools to ensure proper functionality and accessibility.
• Develop and manage content for multiple websites and tools to support information dissemination and decision-making.
• Gather, research, and create content through editorial activities to enhance website value.
• Engage customers and gather feedback to improve websites and optimize the user experience.
• Locate, negotiate, and acquire content aligned with website goals and user needs.
• Ensure web design follows current standards, including HTML and web graphics types, and adheres to production-management best practices.
• Build searches, reports, and dashboards, and write custom scripts, reports, and programs to establish and track website metrics.
• Prepare architecture documentation and assist with designing and implementing website standards, tools, and methodologies.
