The Dodge Family College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Oklahoma is hiring two Web and Digital Experience Interns for a full year, January through December 2027, including summer. Each intern serves as the web contact for departments in two of the college’s four academic divisions and helps build and maintain the DFCAS Digital Resource Hub. Interns report to the DFCAS Director of IT and work with the DFCAS Intern Program alongside AI and Digital Literacy interns. The internship can be used for course credit through CAS 4630; 180 hours per semester is equivalent to three credit hours. Programming expertise is not required. Interns complete Modern Campus CMS training through OU Marketing and Communications before receiving editor access. Interns update and maintain departmental websites; coordinate with staff to gather and publish content; audit sites and improve content, navigation, accessibility, and mobile display; create visual assets within OU brand standards; and build and maintain the SharePoint-based Digital Resource Hub. They also support department staff, document changes, track work, attend weekly meetings and supervisor check-ins, build a professional portfolio, complete larger rebuilds during summer, and present their work to the DFCAS Dean’s office in December 2027.
