About The Position

This role manages a portfolio of large, complex Wealth clients and is accountable for client satisfaction, operational performance, and financial outcomes across the portfolio. The role ensures Alight delivers the right solutions, talent, and governance aligned to each client’s business strategy—driving retention, stability, and growth.

Requirements

  • Possess Deep Wealth (DB) domain expertise (pension administration, customer care, and technology integration).
  • Demonstrate strong business and financial acumen with portfolio-level accountability.
  • Possess executive presence with the ability to influence across clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate experience managing complex, multi-client environments and escalations.

Responsibilities

  • Owning end-to-end delivery health for assigned Wealth DB clients (DC, HW, and adjacent services).
  • Serving as the senior escalation point for complex client, operational, and participant issues.
  • Maintaining executive-level relationships and ensures Alight brings thought leadership and innovation to clients.
  • Overseeing operational performance, including SLA adherence, risk management, and remediation. Embedding coaching moments (case reviews, call preparation, project reviews) to elevate delivery quality.
  • Leading portfolio-level governance routines (ops health, risks, demand, improvements, and trend actions).
  • Partnering across Technology, Customer Care, Operations, and Shared Services to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Owning financial performance across the portfolio, including margin protection and forecast accuracy.
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce cost-to-serve, improve efficiency, and drive in-year value. Also, identifying and mitigates delivery risks before they impact clients.
  • Partnering with Renewal Executives and Client Leaders to surface growth opportunities driven by delivery signals.
  • Leading resolution of high-severity escalations and unique participant situations.
  • Ensuring escalation prevention through methodical use of data, trend analysis, and governance.
  • Providing leadership and coaching to Client Leaders and Client Managers within the portfolio. Fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
