About The Position

The Piedmont Group is seeking driven, business-minded Wealth Managers to join our expanding team. This is an opportunity for individuals, whether experienced or entry-level, to build their own practice with strong support. Our advisors provide comprehensive wealth management and holistic financial planning to individuals, families, and business owners. The Piedmont Group is a non-captive financial services firm focused on holistic planning, where advisors maintain business ownership while benefiting from a robust support network, advanced resources, and a collaborative environment designed to help them scale. Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Must have U.S. Citizenship or Green card
  • Local candidates
  • Willingness to obtain required licenses prior to onboarding (Life & Health, SIE, Series 66)
  • Clean Form U4 (no disclosures)
  • Strong interest in financial planning, investments, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Business mindset with a desire to build a client-focused business
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese is a plus, not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Previous sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow your own financial services practice
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards
