Wealth Management Operations Manager
About The Position
As the Wealth Operations Manager, you'll provide leadership for the team that supports our Wealth Management business, ensuring advisors have the operational resources they need to focus on serving clients while maintaining the highest standards of service, efficiency, and execution. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team of Financial Advisors, influence department performance, and make a meaningful impact on the future growth and success of our Wealth Management division. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Experience leading operations, service, or support teams within a financial services or wealth management environment.
- Strong experience coaching employees and managing daily operational workflows.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- FINRA Series 7 license preferred, or the ability to obtain the SIE and Series 7 within six months.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Wealth Management operational support staff.
- Coordinate workloads, staffing coverage, and daily team priorities.
- Monitor service levels and ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.
- Partner with advisors and support teams to deliver an exceptional member and client experience.
- Assist with the resolution of complex service issues and escalations.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Prepare operational reports and communicate status updates to leadership.
- Support audits, compliance initiatives, operational controls, and risk management activities.
- Collaborate with LPL, custodians, vendors, and internal business partners to support department operations.
