About The Position

The Wealth Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the Wealth Management team. This role involves direct client interaction, administrative duties, and project management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Business or office experience.
  • Demonstrates good customer service
  • Effectively work as a team member and independently
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
  • Trust experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and answer phones.
  • Assist clients with online account access.
  • Open and sort mail.
  • Balance Trust Accounts
  • File paper and electronic documents.
  • Reviews and pays clients bills.
  • Prepares correspondence and client reports.
  • Complete department mailings.
  • Takes ownership of projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
