This role is responsible for overseeing and maintaining various systems including a data integrity dashboard, firm workflow systems, databases, and client billing. The position also involves managing client onboarding and ongoing assistance, ensuring accurate input and reporting of team opportunities, and handling simultaneous client communications for partners and relationship managers. General office duties include assisting partners with mail, office organization, scheduling, travel arrangements, calendar management, expense reports, and processing billing. The role also supports the production and editing of client deliverables, prepares materials for electronic delivery, handles document maintenance, and acts as a liaison for outside organizations. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will arrange for conference rooms, manage team reservations, and track communication activities, deadlines, and target dates, while also organizing team meetings.
